DNS record lookup
Enter a domain and the service will show its DNS records: A and AAAA (IP addresses), MX (mail), TXT (verification and SPF), NS (DNS servers), CNAME, CAA and SOA. Queries are made over DNS-over-HTTPS from your browser, with no intermediate servers.
How to read DNS records
A / AAAA — the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses the domain points to.
MX — the domain’s mail servers and their priorities.
TXT — free-form text records: SPF, DKIM, domain ownership verification.
NS — the DNS servers authoritative for the domain’s zone.
CNAME — an alias pointing to another name.
CAA — which certificate authorities may issue TLS certificates for the domain.
SOA — the zone’s passport: primary server, admin email, serial number and timers.
